_Putting on the socks

Putting on and taking off the O-motion compression sports socks can take a fair amount of effort. This is due to the desired high level of compression and is not a sign of poor quality.

It´s easier if you keep the following tips in mind:

  • turn the sock inside out except for the foot part
  • pull the foot part over the toes and then over the instep and heel
  • pull the leg part over the heel and edge it upwards 
  • don´t overstretch it
  • for optimal comfort and the greatest effect, make sure the sock is smoothed along the leg without any creases
  • try not to put the socks on when your legs are damp, or have just been covered in cream
