_Putting on the socks
Putting on and taking off the O-motion compression sports socks can take a fair amount of effort. This is due to the desired high level of compression and is not a sign of poor quality.
It´s easier if you keep the following tips in mind:
- turn the sock inside out except for the foot part
- pull the foot part over the toes and then over the instep and heel
- pull the leg part over the heel and edge it upwards
- don´t overstretch it
- for optimal comfort and the greatest effect, make sure the sock is smoothed along the leg without any creases
- try not to put the socks on when your legs are damp, or have just been covered in cream
